Key Responsibilities
- Identify target companies and generate leads through cold outreach and networking
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers to understand their needs and challenges
- Conduct product demonstrations and manage the sales cycle from engagement to closing
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales with Midmarket SaaS or EdTech companies
- Experience selling to senior leaders such as Heads of HR and CTOs
- Strong understanding of challenges faced by Mid-Market organizations in upskilling
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
