A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate II.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls or emails to assist patients with billing inquiries and complaints
- Utilize various computer systems to resolve patient billing questions and document interactions
- Negotiate with patients regarding financial liabilities and educate them on financial assistance programs
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years of experience in customer service, collections, or call center environment
- Knowledge of EPIC and general medical billing processes
- Knowledge of insurance and compliance regulations
- Bilingual Certification through Alta Language Testing or approved Interpretation Services (if applicable)
