Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve billing and payment issues
- Provide information and support to patients/account holders regarding insurance and financial assistance
- Monitor and enter payment arrangements while adhering to client-specific protocols and applicable laws
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Knowledge of medical terminology, patient billing, and healthcare administration preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Flexibility in scheduling, including evening and Saturday work as needed
- Bilingual candidates are preferred for additional support on bilingual calls
