Job Summary

A company is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Intake Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming and outgoing phone communications and provide client support
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients and attorneys
  • Maintain updated client information and manage filing systems
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or Secretary is a plus
  • Familiarity with office equipment and proficiency in MS Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM, and practice management software preferred
  • Strong organizational abilities and excellent time management skills
