Job Summary
A company is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Intake Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone communications and provide client support
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients and attorneys
- Maintain updated client information and manage filing systems
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or Secretary is a plus
- Familiarity with office equipment and proficiency in MS Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM, and practice management software preferred
- Strong organizational abilities and excellent time management skills
