A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician - Bilingual Portuguese/English.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support via phone, e-mail, and chat for corporate clients' PC hardware and software applications
- Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Operating Systems and Office products, as well as mobile device configurations
- Utilize Active Directory for password resets and assist with VPN connectivity and remote access problems
Required Qualifications
- Trade School Certificate or Associate Degree in a related field
- 1 year of experience in a call center or service desk environment
- Knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10, and Office 365 support
- Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow
- Familiarity with various PC hardware and software applications
