Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Director to drive growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic prospecting and outreach to identify enterprise and mid-market opportunities
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to generate recurring business
  • Own the full sales cycle, delivering tailored presentations and proposals to clients
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience selling localization services and/or technology solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional/military experience
  • Proven track record of closing $500K+ deals
  • Experience in consultative selling and managing complex stakeholder environments
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
