Key Responsibilities
- Develop a network of top Chinese developers and build collaborations for licensing global IP partners
- Study partner IPs to create business strategies, negotiate with developers, and drive agreements
- Monitor global gaming industry trends and provide market analysis to shape IP business strategy
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the gaming industry
- Familiarity with the Chinese mobile game market
- Native-level Chinese fluency with strong spoken and written English
- Self-motivated with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
- Experience in brand licensing or IP-related projects is preferred
