A company is looking for a BD Manager to build and lead their new Business Development Representative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage a distributed team of BDRs
- Oversee lead qualification from inbound campaigns and develop outbound prospecting strategies
- Implement tools for tracking and reporting team performance and manage budget and productivity benchmarks
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Experience managing a BDR team in SaaS, fintech, or high-growth startups
- Proven track record of building remote teams and achieving pipeline targets
- Strong understanding of CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Ability to motivate and coach a remote team while fostering a supportive culture
