Job Summary
A company is looking for a Field Service Scheduling Coordinator - Temporary.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, schedule, and dispatch field service calls while logging case or work order notes
- Work with engineers and Regional Service Managers to strategically plan onsite visits
- Communicate directly with customers to schedule service calls and improve scheduling efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Work Experience: Previous dispatcher and CSR experience preferred (3+ years)
- Good to excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce preferred
