Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Service Scheduling Coordinator - Temporary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, schedule, and dispatch field service calls while logging case or work order notes
  • Work with engineers and Regional Service Managers to strategically plan onsite visits
  • Communicate directly with customers to schedule service calls and improve scheduling efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Work Experience: Previous dispatcher and CSR experience preferred (3+ years)
  • Good to excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce preferred
