California HR Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to support multiple specialized retail locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership teams to implement HR strategies that support business goals
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development
• Collaborate with corporate HR functions to deliver consistent HR services nationally

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree or HR certification is a plus
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multi-site or retail environment
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations
• Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employee populations
• Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships with leaders at all levels
