A company is looking for a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to support multiple specialized retail locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership teams to implement HR strategies that support business goals
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development
- Collaborate with corporate HR functions to deliver consistent HR services nationally
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree or HR certification is a plus
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multi-site or retail environment
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations
- Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employee populations
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships with leaders at all levels
