Job Summary
A company is looking for a Chief of Staff to Sales Leader - Large Strategic Deals & Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Align strategies and objectives for large enterprise-level deals and partnerships, leading planning processes and setting measurable goals
- Support the sales team in executing complex deals and partnerships, collaborating with cross-functional teams to remove barriers
- Manage team culture and engagement initiatives while leading special projects that drive innovation and revenue acceleration
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff role within sales, particularly with large enterprise deals
- Proven experience working with executive sales leadership on complex deal cycles
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience managing P&L and financial planning for strategic sales teams
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to measuring business impact
