Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief of Staff to Sales Leader - Large Strategic Deals & Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Align strategies and objectives for large enterprise-level deals and partnerships, leading planning processes and setting measurable goals
  • Support the sales team in executing complex deals and partnerships, collaborating with cross-functional teams to remove barriers
  • Manage team culture and engagement initiatives while leading special projects that drive innovation and revenue acceleration
Required Qualifications
  • 8-10+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff role within sales, particularly with large enterprise deals
  • Proven experience working with executive sales leadership on complex deal cycles
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience managing P&L and financial planning for strategic sales teams
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to measuring business impact
