A company is looking for a Chief Revenue Officer to lead global revenue generation strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy aligned with growth objectives
- Lead and scale a high-performing commercial organization across Sales, Marketing, and Client Success
- Oversee go-to-market execution, including lead generation, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in revenue generation roles, ideally in BPO or technology services
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing global sales and marketing teams
- Deep understanding of the customer lifecycle within BPO or outsourced CX solutions
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience managing multi-million-dollar revenue portfolios
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
