A company is looking for a Client Service Specialist to provide support for benefits administration and client inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for routine benefits questions and claims issues
- Process eligibility for new hires and terminations, and assist with communications to carriers
- Document all interactions and ensure compliance with HIPAA standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 1-2 years of applicable job experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Prior experience in a broker agency or benefits administration firm preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Familiarity with insurance carrier websites and database applications is a plus
