A company is looking for a Client Success Manager IV.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Client Success function through project management and process improvement
- Act as liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure timely completion of client initiatives
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to maximize satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Client Success for SIEM services or MDR firm
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and train others
- Experience in developing processes and managing projects in a technology-based service organization
- Familiarity with SIEM technology operations (e.g., Sentinel, Splunk, Elastic)
- Aptitude for technology knowledge and experience with project management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA)
