Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Support Manager to support their Specialty Infusion Pharmacy remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with assigned payer organization personnel in a customer service capacity
- Manage daily communications with designated health plans and handle direct referral processes
- Prepare and submit client reports by due dates and assist with reimbursement projects
Required Qualifications
- Home infusion and/or specialty pharmacy experience required
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in healthcare, managed care, customer service, or client account management
- Experience with payor relationships and healthcare contracts
- Familiarity with case management procedures and healthcare management software
