CMMS Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corrigo CMMS Manager to oversee the asset and maintenance database for day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the asset/maintenance database and ensure data integrity in CMMS
• Develop standard maintenance processes, reports, and training for facility management
• Coordinate client meetings and supervise workflow procedures for work order processes

Required Qualifications

• Preferred Associates Degree with 3-5 years of experience in Facility Management or Corporate Real Estate
• 5+ years of experience in CMMS management, with at least 3 years managing Corrigo CMMS
• Ability to read and understand O&M Manuals and Warranties
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
• Experience with Google Suite & Smartsheet preferred
