Commercial Sales Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Inbound Sales Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new commercial revenue and contract renewals through inbound customer conversations
• Manage customer care for business clients, including account maintenance and renewals
• Communicate effectively about products, services, and marketing campaigns to customers

Required Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required; college degree strongly preferred
• Minimum of two years of sales experience; call center experience preferred
• Typing skills of 40 WPM or greater required
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud is a plus
• Ability to fulfill job duties and responsibilities as outlined
