Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Leader - Player Coach.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a sales team to acquire new clients and expand existing client portfolios
• Manage credit processes and collaborate with Credit Officers to ensure sound asset quality
• Create a positive work environment and establish performance objectives for team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFP preferred
• 10+ years of experience in finance/banking, with leadership experience managing commercial lenders preferred
• Strong financial and business acumen with excellent credit skills
• 5+ years of demonstrated sales and business development experience with proven results
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders and lines of business
