Commercial Technology Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Technology Transactions Attorney to support its legal arm.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities including SaaS, service agreements, and NDAs
• Draft and review commercial contracts such as MOUs, LOIs, and bespoke agreements
• Provide corporate support including maintenance of corporate records and deal support

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience with technology contracts is preferred
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume procurement environment
• Experience handling complex commercial agreements
• Availability to support calls between 9AM and 10AM ET
• Remote work capability with flexible hours
