Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the global compensation team to support requirements for compensation plans in Workday & ServiceNow
  • Collaborate with Compensation and Talent CoEs to ensure accurate job setup and alignment with global standards
  • Assist with testing activities and issue resolution, ensuring timely coordination with relevant stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources, focusing on HR systems or compensation
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with the Workday platform, specifically in Compensation modules
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data sets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP and CONCATENATE
  • Ability to work collaboratively across global teams and multiple workstreams
