A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the global compensation team to support requirements for compensation plans in Workday & ServiceNow
- Collaborate with Compensation and Talent CoEs to ensure accurate job setup and alignment with global standards
- Assist with testing activities and issue resolution, ensuring timely coordination with relevant stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources, focusing on HR systems or compensation
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with the Workday platform, specifically in Compensation modules
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data sets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP and CONCATENATE
- Ability to work collaboratively across global teams and multiple workstreams
