A company is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full employee lifecycle documentation ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Oversee compensation and benefits processes, including budgeting and payroll inputs
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in HR records, compensation & benefits, or HR analytics
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
  • Proven experience with compensation budgeting and payroll processes
  • Experience managing HR records across multiple regions is a strong plus
  • English B1+ and native Russian proficiency
