Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRM Automation Specialist to enhance customer onboarding and optimize the use of their CRM product.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the customer onboarding process from start to finish
• Design and implement automated workflows, campaigns, and sales funnels
• Provide training to customers on using the Go High Level platform and GoIQ features

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with the Go High Level CRM platform
• 3+ years of experience with CRM tools
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles is preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
