Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Account Specialist, FOLIO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor casework for a specific group of customers to ensure SLA compliance and timely resolutions
  • Conduct proactive service meetings with customers to discuss FOLIO releases and support updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer needs and refine service delivery models
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in ILS Management/Implementation or Library experience
  • Willingness to submit to and clear a Public Trust background check
  • Technical knowledge of EBSCO products and API services
  • Master's degree in Library Science or Information Systems, with relevant experience
  • Current Public Trust Background Check
