Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Account Specialist, FOLIO.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor casework for a specific group of customers to ensure SLA compliance and timely resolutions
- Conduct proactive service meetings with customers to discuss FOLIO releases and support updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer needs and refine service delivery models
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in ILS Management/Implementation or Library experience
- Willingness to submit to and clear a Public Trust background check
- Technical knowledge of EBSCO products and API services
- Master's degree in Library Science or Information Systems, with relevant experience
- Current Public Trust Background Check
