Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from members about medical claims, benefits, eligibility, and prior authorization
- Handle an average of 40+ calls daily while managing multiple applications on different screens
- Resolve customer complaints and strive to meet call center metrics with a focus on positive outcomes
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- A dedicated workspace with no distractions
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to remain calm in difficult situations
