Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to resolve complex or escalated issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Previous customer service experience
- Designated workspace/home office with high-speed internet
- Ability to perform basic equipment troubleshooting and PC/hardware setup
- Availability to work specified hours during and after training
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
