Key Responsibilities

  • Perform research to determine optimal resolutions and provide timely follow-up

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Designated workspace/home office with high-speed internet
  • Ability to perform basic equipment troubleshooting and PC/hardware setup
  • Availability to work specified hours during and after training
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
