A company is looking for a Customer Success Advisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in onboarding new customers and ensure successful platform setup and training
  • Monitor customer usage and identify opportunities for expansion and optimization
  • Coordinate customer check-ins and feedback loops to maintain satisfaction and health
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role in a SaaS or MSP-related environment
  • Familiarity with cloud-based tools (e.g., HubSpot, Notion)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn about automation and MSP business models
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required product certification(s)
