Key Responsibilities
- Assist in onboarding new customers and ensure successful platform setup and training
- Monitor customer usage and identify opportunities for expansion and optimization
- Coordinate customer check-ins and feedback loops to maintain satisfaction and health
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role in a SaaS or MSP-related environment
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools (e.g., HubSpot, Notion)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn about automation and MSP business models
- Ability to obtain and maintain required product certification(s)
