Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a high volume billing support or customer service role
- Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a metric-driven environment
- Proven ability to navigate multiple platforms for case resolution
- Availability to work shifts Monday through Friday from 7am-6pm MST
- Preferred experience with insurance and claim processing
