Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve complaints effectively and document all interactions accurately
  • Collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams to support client and provider needs
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in a high volume billing support or customer service role
  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a metric-driven environment
  • Proven ability to navigate multiple platforms for case resolution
  • Availability to work shifts Monday through Friday from 7am-6pm MST
  • Preferred experience with insurance and claim processing
