Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Services Triage Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all after-hours calls, orders, and communication with on-call providers, patients, and families
• Communicate significant findings and changes in patient conditions to primary care providers
• Assume primary responsibility for after-hours planning, coordinating, and evaluating patient care plans

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in the medical field or related position
• Ability to operate computer equipment and office machines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of medical terminology
