A company is looking for a Director, Americas Renewals.
Key Responsibilities
- Create strategy and oversee daily execution of the Americas Renewals teams
- Achieve or exceed renewal targets and provide forecasts and risk analysis for assigned accounts
- Manage competing priorities and collaborate with internal resources to develop renewal strategies
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Renewals and managing/supervising teams
- Experience with SaaS, subscription, and on-prem software renewals
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce and Clari
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong management skills in sales, account management, and mentoring
