Director of Business Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute a strategic business development plan to drive revenue and expand the company's footprint across the Northeast region
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with skilled nursing facilities and other key referral sources
• Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with referral partners and key healthcare decision-makers

Required Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of leadership experience in business development within healthcare services or related sectors
• Proven track record of securing partnerships and driving revenue in a complex environment
• Experience managing both business development and operational functions
• Deep understanding of healthcare referral networks and patient transitions
• MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required
