Director of Digital Workplace Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal/Director - Digital Workplace Services (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute a 3-year Digital Workplace strategy with measurable OKRs
• Shift from reactive support to proactive experience management using telemetry and analytics
• Lead end-to-end device lifecycle management and establish a partner ecosystem for sourcing

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in Digital Workplace, End-User Computing, or IT Operations
• 8+ years of experience leading global teams or programs
• Proven track record in automation and self-healing at scale
• Experience with DEX/DEM and XLA programs
• Strong background in budget ownership and vendor management
