A company is looking for a Director, Specialty Markets to drive growth in emerging distribution opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and execute strategies to penetrate PEO, Affinity/Association, and ICHRA markets
• Drive sales by building relationships with decision-makers in specialty markets
• Collaborate with digital platform partners to enhance market reach and sales enablement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• More than 10 years of experience in implementing new business
• 5+ years of sales experience in specialty markets: PEO, Affinity/Association, and ICHRA
