Key Responsibilities

• Deliver insights that influence strategy through actionable recommendations and high-quality analyses
• Lead and build the data function by managing the data team and establishing analytical best practices

Required Qualifications

• Background in strategy, analytics, or data leadership, preferably in management consulting
• Proven ability to influence strategy through data and drive measurable business impact
• Strong SQL skills required; experience with Python, R, or similar is a plus
• Experience managing BI/analytics tools such as Tableau or Metabase
• Highly organized and process-driven, with startup experience valued
