A company is looking for a Head of Recovery Strategy, Process and Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation roadmap to reduce manual risk and automate vendor workflows
• Architect scalable vendor infrastructure for onboarding, compliance, and audit-readiness
• Quantify and optimize placement strategy through data analytics and performance-based routing

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product strategy, operations, or transformation in a regulated financial environment
• Proven success in leading analytically rigorous initiatives with complex, cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to estimate financial impact at the unit and portfolio level
• Experience applying process design, automation, or analytics to operational problems
• Familiarity with compliance and operational risk frameworks in regulated financial operations
