Key Responsibilities

• Support the leadership of R37's Transformation Management Office, ensuring effective processes and centralized management of key activities
• Conduct competitive intelligence and market research to inform strategic decision-making and lead various strategic initiatives from concept to execution
• Drive go-to-market strategy execution, create presentation materials, and facilitate client workshops to enhance sales effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in strategic roles within management consulting, corporate strategy, or technology industries
• Proven ability to craft compelling presentations and translate complex technical information into accessible business language
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience managing high-impact projects and leading cross-functional teams
• High emotional intelligence and a collaborative mindset, with a passion for innovation in healthcare
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
