Vice President of Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage pricing strategies, including deal margin analysis and exception approvals
• Steward comprehensive business strategy and assist leaders with strategic questions and analytics support
• Lead corporate development efforts, maintain relationships with investment bankers, and assess market opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in commercial strategy, pricing, and business analytics, with 5+ years in a leadership role
• Experience in high-growth legal, legal technology, or B2B SaaS businesses
• Proven track record in leading strategic projects and successful people leadership
• Strong strategic and financial analysis experience, including financial modeling
