Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries and service requests via email and phone
- Coordinate scheduling logistics, including reserving conference rooms and managing resources
- Ensure accurate data entry into legal support software and send confirmations to clients
Required Qualifications
- 4-year college degree and a minimum of 3 years in a customer service and/or legal environment
- Previous remote work experience
- Comfortable using various software programs, including Microsoft Office and Adobe products
- Ability to work in a professional and confidential environment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
