A company is looking for a Support Engineer - U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with customers to plan, implement, and maintain production deployments
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to RHEL/CentOS and the Dtex big-data analytics system
- Conduct training on the Dtex Kibana-based UI and maintain a virtual test environment for product features
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role
- 2+ years as an L2 Technical Support Engineer or similar position
- Experience in Linux system administration and troubleshooting across diverse operating systems
- Understanding of databases like ElasticSearch and OpenSearch
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related engineering discipline preferred
