A company is looking for a Support Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Process Support and Tech Support team, driving efficiency and tracking KPIs
- Undergo knowledge transfer and shadow support for the first three months, transitioning to primary support by the fourth month
- Engage in client interactions for reporting and handling escalations on a daily basis
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Process and Tech support roles
- Domain knowledge in Core Banking, Merchant, Billing, and Payment processing systems
- Basic knowledge of Java and SQL is preferred
- Flexibility to handle issues outside of regular working hours
- No specific educational qualifications required
