Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Process Support and Tech Support team, driving efficiency and tracking KPIs
  • Undergo knowledge transfer and shadow support for the first three months, transitioning to primary support by the fourth month
  • Engage in client interactions for reporting and handling escalations on a daily basis
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Process and Tech support roles
  • Domain knowledge in Core Banking, Merchant, Billing, and Payment processing systems
  • Basic knowledge of Java and SQL is preferred
  • Flexibility to handle issues outside of regular working hours
  • No specific educational qualifications required
