A company is looking for an Administrative Support professional to provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and prioritizing the workload of the Senior Leader and manage stakeholder expectations
- Organize internal and external meetings, including venue booking and arrangements for equipment and catering
- Maintain departmental filing systems and assist in managing schedules for client onboarding calls and events
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in administrative support
- Proficiency in administrative and clerical procedures, including Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in handling confidential matters sensitively
- Ability to liaise with internal and external contacts effectively
