Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales channels for post-sales account activities and manage customer operational reviews
- Engage proactively with customers to support their SAN infrastructure and manage critical situations
- Analyze customer environments and maintain operational procedures documentation
Required Qualifications
- BS with 12 years or MS with 10 years of relevant experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in a senior client-facing role at a technology company
- In-depth knowledge of networking technologies and protocols, preferably SAN
- Experience with SNMP monitoring and management
- Record of managing complex IT projects and successful customer relationship development
