Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Account Manager to coordinate post-sales account activities and engage with customers regarding their SAN infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with sales channels for post-sales account activities and manage customer operational reviews
  • Engage proactively with customers to support their SAN infrastructure and manage critical situations
  • Analyze customer environments and maintain operational procedures documentation
Required Qualifications
  • BS with 12 years or MS with 10 years of relevant experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering
  • 3-5 years of experience in a senior client-facing role at a technology company
  • In-depth knowledge of networking technologies and protocols, preferably SAN
  • Experience with SNMP monitoring and management
  • Record of managing complex IT projects and successful customer relationship development
