Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Support Planner for AI Agent Quality Evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated responses for linguistic accuracy and contextual appropriateness
• Analyze data to uncover patterns and recommend improvements for AI performance
• Monitor key performance indicators and develop plans to enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 2+ years of relevant experience, or 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Hands-on experience in AI model evaluation and natural language processing
• Understanding of AI model quality and business performance metrics
• Knowledge of linguistic structures and conversational dynamics
• Experience in designing and managing evaluation pipelines for AI systems
