Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day project management support and create project documentation
- Analyze project risks and issues, monitor project deliverables, and conduct cost/benefit analysis
- Support ongoing processes and evaluate improvements for agency workload demands
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years managing IT projects
- 10+ years experience with enterprise content management and enterprise capture solutions
- Experience with large-scale electronic document management systems and workflows
- 2+ years experience administering and managing large projects
- Experience with rate setting, cost allocation, and invoicing
