A company is looking for a Support Delivery Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for resolving vendor client's tickets regarding network technologies
- Identify root causes and conduct advanced analysis for troubleshooting in live or remote environments
- Participate in customer installations and training, ensuring users receive necessary guidance
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in a technical support role
- Some college education required; background in network engineering preferred
- Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Net+, Sec+, and other industry-recognized certifications in relevant technologies
- Experience in using relevant computer systems and applications at various levels
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining confidentiality
