Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues escalated by support teams
- Manage escalated support tickets to ensure compliance with internal SLAs
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify recurring issues and develop long-term solutions
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with React and building modern front-end applications
- 3+ years of experience with Laravel and PHP
- Proficiency in working with REST APIs and deployment tools
- Experience writing unit and/or integration tests
- Familiarity with API integrations and troubleshooting tools like Zapier
