A company is looking for an L3 Support Engineer to oversee technical support escalations and engage in software development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate technical support escalations from L1 & L2 support teams
- Perform product development and support in line with company methodologies
- Develop, document, and validate software module specifications and designs
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of related experience in software development
- Experience with REST API development and programming languages such as Java, Go, Python, or JavaScript
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems and virtualization platforms like VMware and Docker
- Knowledge of database technologies including Oracle and SQL
