Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Engineer (m/f/d) in Austin, TX or Remote US.
Key Responsibilities
- Classify, prioritize, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve support tickets via the ticketing system and forum
- Provide outstanding support for the KNIME Business Hub and KNIME Analytics Platform
- Collaborate with support agents and development team to enhance processes and tools
Required Qualifications
- Technical expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and RESTful APIs
- Experience administering software solutions on Linux and/or Windows platforms
- Knowledge of JVM, Kubernetes deployments, Identity Providers, LDAP, SQL, and cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Experience in software support, ticket management, and escalation processes
- Basic understanding of German is a bonus
