A company is looking for a First Notice of Loss and Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for policyholders reporting losses or seeking updates on claims
- Gather relevant information and provide empathetic guidance on the claims process
- Ensure accurate recording of information in the claims management system and adhere to company policies
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree is a plus
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry
- Knowledge of property and casualty insurance policies and claims processing is a plus
