Job Summary
A company is looking for a Freight Broker (Sales Account Manager).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow an established customer base while negotiating rates based on market conditions
- Provide operational support and access to a network of trucks and carriers
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and carriers to maximize business potential
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of experience as a broker or transportation solutions provider
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on building a book of business
- Experience using CRM and TMS systems, specifically McLeod
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday
- Strong multi-tasking skills and familiarity with using KPIs for performance measurement
