Key Responsibilities
- Administer employee benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations for non-U.S. countries
- Support annual benefits renewals, audits, and open enrollment activities while maintaining compliance
- Track and coordinate international transfer and relocation cases, ensuring accurate data reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of three years in benefits administration or mobility operations
- International experience
- Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems
- Ability to work across time zones in a global environment
